Active Secret is required to start. Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) is required, candidates must obtain SAP prior to starting. Must be able to maintain this level of clearance and special program access for continued employment.Must have 2 years of experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) managing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) projectsMust have 8 years experience with real-time embedded software.Must have 10 years experience with full software lifecycle: specification, design, implementation, integration, debug and maintenance is requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience working on an EMD program as a systems or software engineerDemonstrated knowledge of radar mode developmentFluency with developing and executing project schedules Experience with Atlassian tool suiteProficient in using advance MS Excel macros, functions, and pivotsPrimary Level Salary Range: $169,000.00 - $253,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
