Whether locals or visitors, our guests come for the food and stay for the vibe — and we’re looking for a Kitchen Manager to help us keep it that way. Position Summary We’re on the hunt for a strong, hands‑on Kitchen Manager to lead our back‑of‑house team. This role requires a balance of leadership, cooking skills, and organizational know‑how. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, committed to quality, and thrives in a team‑first, fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all kitchen operations, including scheduling, prep, cooking, cleaning, and inventory Train and support kitchen staff across all stations (pizza, grill, fry, and plating) Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met Manage food costs, reduce waste, and help maintain BOH budget goals Maintain a positive, professional kitchen culture through leadership by example Assist in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of BOH team members Work as a cook during peak hours and as needed (this is not a “desk” job!)
