Salesforce Engineer-Healthcare

Duration: Long Term
About You:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications
- Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Health Cloud and Experience Cloud at an enterprise level of complexity.
- Expert understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices
- Experience with Lightning Components, Design System, APEX Classes, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Aura, and Flow.
- Experience with SFDX, environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk)
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Conducting code reviews and unit testing
- Mentoring and training junior developers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and Object-oriented programming
- Experience with a variety of Salesforce development tools and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Experience with Salesforce Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) and Vlocity product suit implementation experience (Industry Cloud) is desired
- Healthcare, especially Health insurance (Payor) business domain knowledge is an immense value add.
- Experience with Managed package and unlocked package development
