Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Odessa, Texas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/22/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel ICU RN – Travel Contract Start Date: Within the next 3–5 weeks preferred Contract: 13 weeks Schedule: 36 or 48 hours/week Experience: 2 years required Typical ICU Ratio: 1:2–3 Charting: Cerner — Required Required Certifications ACLS BLS TNCC or TCAR NIH 6 hours of Stroke Education (facility can provide if needed) EKG Course Completion (facility can provide if needed) Floating Requirements Must be willing to float to MS/Tele if ICU census is low. MS/Tele ratios will be approximately 5–6:1 . Floating may occur for the majority of scheduled shifts , depending on census.
