Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drinks and menu items Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked Handle cash and process payments accurately Comply with all health and safety regulations Engage with customers to enhance their experience and build rapport Skills And Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth within the company.
