Are you a Texas-licensed optometrist looking to advance your career? Jolly Good Eye Care in New Braunfels, Texas, is seeking a dedicated full-time professional to join our growing team. In our full-scope optometric practice, you'll provide high-quality vision care in a welcoming and professional environment. Our generous compensation package includes a 401(k) with 3% matching, a monthly stipend to subsidize medical insurance, malpractice insurance, and coverage for licensing fees. We're looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Optometrist who prioritizes compassionate patient care. You will treat approximately 24 patients a day with the support of well-trained staff. At Jolly Good Eye Care, our mission is to provide state-of-the-art eye care for our community by accommodating every patient who seeks our services and helping to grow our practice. Our services include primary eye care, specialty contact lenses, and anterior and posterior segment pathology. Our team consists of one full-time optometrist, two part-time optometrists, and three full-time staff members, all dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care in a welcoming environment. We have a great group of technicians, each with over three years of experience with us. We believe in building lasting relationships with our patients and providing the best possible eye care experience. At Jolly Good Eye Care, we strive to create a supportive and friendly atmosphere where every patient feels valued and cared for.

What You'll Do:

At Jolly Good Eye Care, you'll have access to advanced diagnostic tools like OCT, Optos, Visual Field, and both digital and manual phoropters, ensuring you can deliver precise and comprehensive eye care. With a manageable patient load of 24 patients per day and a flexible schedule of 8-40 hours per week, you'll have the perfect balance between professional fulfillment and personal time. Your strong commitment to compassionate patient care and ability to work efficiently will ensure high-quality care for every patient, making you a valuable asset to the practice.
