Hiring for 2nd and 3rd Shift - General Production Workers Contract work $23-24/hr

This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a fast-paced window production facility. Workers assemble, fabricate, and move materials to keep production running efficiently, while maintaining safety and quality.

Production & Assembly

• Assemble window components (frames, sash, trim, etc.)
• Work on fast-paced lines (~1 window/minute)
• Use hand and power tools (cuts, fitting, assembly)
• Apply adhesives and place parts into fixtures/jigs

Material Handling

• Pick and stage materials using pick sheets
• Feed production lines
• Perform inventory counts (cycle counting)

Fabrication & Machine Support

• Load materials into cutting machines
• Support automated equipment
• Measure parts (tape measure, calipers) for quality checks

• Stand for long periods
• Repetitive movement
• Lift up to 60 lbs frequently
• Push/pull up to ~100 lbs
• Work in non-climate-controlled environment (hot in summer)
• Fast-paced, structured production setting

• Manufacturing, assembly, or general labor experience
• Ability to use hand/power tools
• Accurate measuring (tape measure required)
• Mechanical aptitude (assembly or construction-type work)
• Strong reliability and attendance
• Teamwork and communication

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodbury, MN.

The pay range for this position is $23.81 - $24.70/hr.
