Are you dependable, professional, and excited to be part of a high-energy national convention experience? We are actively seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Event Staff team at the prestigious Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center.

This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes of a large-scale event while gaining valuable hospitality, customer service, and event experience in a fun, fast-paced environment.

EVENT SCHEDULE & ROLES
Wednesday, June 3
Kit Stuffing & Orientation
12:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Thursday, June 4 - Saturday, June 6 (Event Kickoff)
Roles May Include:
• Registration
• Guest Services
• Ticketing
• Exhibit Hall Support
• Bookstore Support

Shift times may vary between 6:30 AM - 10:00 PM depending on assignment needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist attendees with registration, check-in, and badge distribution
• Deliver exceptional customer service and attendee support
• Help maintain organized guest flow throughout the event
• Support exhibit hall and bookstore operations
• Assist onsite leadership with additional event needs as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Candidates available for all event days/shifts are strongly preferred
• Must consistently arrive 10-15 minutes early for each shift
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude required
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented individuals only
