You will direct the technical execution of multiple delivery services while adhering to SLA/KPI standards and while creating great user experience. You will provide expertise in the form of organizational and people leadership, technical advisory services, program governance, customer and vendor engagement, and continuous service improvement oversight. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the delivery of contracted services across the entire enterprise.Position's General Duties and Tasks:Act as technical point of contact and escalation point for the Customer for delivery teams.Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.Review (internal and with customer) delivery and SLA metrics with the enterprise delivery team and address through Service Improvement Plans – skills, performance, attrition.Provides complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders.Identifies opportunities for Growth and Innovation and supports planning and execution for the same.Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous service improvement.Identifies opportunities for increased productivity and efficiency through identifying new technologies and new and improved ways of executing operational activities.Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maximize customer experience.QualificationsA minimum of ten (10) years of service delivery experience within Public Sector.A minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing and developing people in technical teams.Minimum of (8) years of experience managing a large portfolio of IT Services.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.Preferred QualificationsCertifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent.Experience delivering cloud, automation, or AI‑driven transformation programs.Exposure to budgeting, portfolio management, and enterprise PMO environments.Background in BPO, IT services, product engineering, or digital transformation.What You BringA strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable delivery plans.A calm, structured approach to managing ambiguity, complexity, and high‑stakes initiatives.A passion for driving outcomes, enabling teams, and delivering measurable business value.The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and lead programs with clarity and purpose.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
