The majority of your time will be spent conducting credit analysis to finance multiple business endeavors including; investment real estate, owner-occupied real estate, working capital, equipment, LBOs/acquisitions, healthcare-related opportunities, as well as credits augmented with an SBA guarantee. Your day will consist of credit conversations, decision making, and communication with senior Credit Product Underwriters. You will work efficiently to get deals approved while mitigating risk. You will prepare commitment reports for all of the multi-state markets supported by the lending center.
