What You'll Be Doing Prepare and review complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, entertainment professionals, closely held businesses, and related entities. Partner closely with clients and advisors to deliver proactive tax planning and year-round advisory services. Identify tax-saving opportunities and help clients navigate complex financial situations. Work alongside the firm's Business Management team to provide comprehensive financial and tax solutions. Review work prepared by junior staff while mentoring and developing less experienced team members. Stay current on evolving tax legislation and advise clients on its impact. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. CPA preferred 3+ years of public accounting tax experience. Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, pass-through entities, or complex individual tax returns. Strong technical tax knowledge and excellent client communication skills. Someone who enjoys delivering thoughtful, relationship-driven client service.
