Senior Manager, Compliance Monitoring & Data Analytics
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Manager to lead compliance monitoring and data analytics across the organization. This role involves designing risk-based monitoring programs, conducting targeted compliance reviews, developing automated monitoring procedures, and partnering with business functions to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute risk-based compliance monitoring program aligned with annual plan
- Conduct targeted reviews of HCP engagements, speaker programs, medical affairs, and field force activities
- Lead advanced compliance analytics, develop automated monitoring procedures and executive dashboards
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and emerging compliance risks across the organization
- Prepare monitoring reports with findings and recommendations; partner on corrective action development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (JD, MBA, MPH, PharmD, Master's) preferred
- Minimum experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences compliance monitoring
- Expertise in healthcare regulations including Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDA rules, privacy laws
- Strong data analytics and database management skills; experience with automation tools
- Experience designing compliance monitoring programs and risk assessments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple business functions
