Senior Director, US Compliance
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director of US Compliance to lead compliance strategy for the company's planned commercialization of an oncology product. This role serves as the primary compliance advisor to cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory adherence and ethical practices throughout product launch and market growth in the non-small cell lung cancer space.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic compliance advisor to Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services teams during commercialization
- Lead compliance risk assessments for field-facing activities and develop mitigation strategies
- Represent Compliance on launch committees and strategic decision-making forums
- Design and deliver risk-based compliance training to NSCLC business teams
- Conduct monitoring and auditing activities to identify and mitigate compliance risks
Requirements
- Extensive pharmaceutical compliance experience, particularly in commercial and field-facing activities
- Demonstrated expertise in US regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience designing and implementing compliance training programs
- Track record developing compliance policies, processes, and governance controls
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks in dynamic environments
