Multiple office locations with flexibility to choose the office that fits you best Diverse mix of tax, audit, and advisory work Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Collaborative team environment with experienced mentors and leaders Competitive compensation, including paid overtime during busy season Mileage reimbursement for business travel Support for continuing education and professional development What You’ll Do Lead and perform financial statement engagements from planning through report delivery Prepare and review business and individual income tax returns Research complex accounting and tax matters and develop practical solutions Identify tax planning opportunities that add value for clients Analyze accounting processes and recommend improvements Prepare and review general ledger entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation Build strong relationships while delivering exceptional client service Collaborate with team members across service lines to provide comprehensive client support What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or a Business degree with an Accounting emphasis Ideally 3+ years of public accounting experience Experience in either tax or audit engagements Having or in pursuit of your CPA or CMA is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with CCH ProSystems Tax, CaseWare, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Join a Firm Where Your Work Matters!
