How you'll make an impact in this role
- Deliver collaborative, high-quality clinical care alongside RNs and physicians to execute personalized patient treatment plans.
- Monitor patient well-being and perform diagnostic tests to ensure the medical team has the data needed for accurate, timely interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments with a focus on safety, vigilantly observing patient responses to ensure comfort and recovery.
- Empower patients and families through clear education on self-care and holistic health, ensuring a smooth transition from home.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
- Professional Background: Seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in healthcare, ideally holding a Vocational Nursing (LVN) license and a proven track record of professional stability.
- Core Competencies: Requires exceptional customer service skills paired with a consistent work history that demonstrates long-term commitment and reliability.
