Maintenance TechnicianJoin our team as a Maintenance Technician in a highly automated facility.ResponsibilitiesEngage in production equipment maintenance to ensure continuous production.Provide technical assistance to operators and other departments regarding automated systems.Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot malfunctions on automated machinery.Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mechanical and electrical components.Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions on production equipment.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, completed repairs, equipment issues, and replacement part usage.Install new automated systems and equipment, configure controllers, and set up sensors.Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.Adhere to safety protocols and ensure proper operation of production equipment.Conduct daily checks of production equipment during up and downtime.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of machine repair experience on industrial equipment.Strong experience in repairing pneumatic systems.Understanding of electrical systems, mechanical principles, pneumatic, and computer control systems.Ability to diagnose and resolve simple to complex technical issues within automated systems.Enjoy fully company-paid medical benefits, 17 paid holidays in 2025, and three weeks of vacation. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees' paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start. They provide $110 per week for employees to pay for babysitting services through a user-friendly app.This is a fully onsite position in Holland, MI.This position is anticipated to close on Sep 4, 2026.
