Job OverviewPay Range: $40.00hr - $45.00hrRequirement/Must Have9+ years of Agile software delivery experience with significant Scrum Master experience.Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles, and SDLC practices.Experience leading multiple Agile teams and managing competing priorities.Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Banking and Financial Services industry experience.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.Drive sprint execution, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement.Remove impediments, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business priorities.Track Agile metrics and provide transparent status reporting.Partner with stakeholders to manage backlogs and delivery expectations.Nice to HaveScrum Master Certification (SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent).SkillsScrum Master.Agile.Jira.Agile / Scrum Expertise.Leadership & Coaching.Facilitation & Impediment Resolution.Qualification And EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
