Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Cath Lab/EP Technician to perform routine and specialized procedures within a high-volume cardiac care environment. The ideal candidate will support patient care through technical expertise and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate and troubleshoot cath lab and electrophysiology equipment during procedures.
  
  
• 
  Assist physicians with invasive cardiac interventions, ensuring procedural accuracy and safety.
  
  
• 
  Prepare and maintain procedural carts, sterilizing and setting up equipment as needed.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vitals and condition throughout procedures, responding promptly to changes.
  
  
• 
  Document procedures thoroughly in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and radiation safety guidelines consistently.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state license or certification as a Cath Lab/EP Technician.
  
  
• 
  Possess a minimum of 1+ year of recent experience in a cath lab or electrophysiology lab.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC EMR and specialized cardiac equipment.
  
  
• 
  Be willing to work variable shifts, including call and weekend responsibilities.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current ACLS and BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Show strong teamwork and communication skills in fast-paced clinical environments.
