Job Description
The Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a small office environment. Reporting to the Receptionist, this position coordinates daily office activities, handles receptionist duties, and supports the overall administrative functions within a team of 1-5 employees. The role may involve regular local travel but does not require extensive travel.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Serve as the primary receptionist and point of contact
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in office management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of office administration best practices
- Strong time management and scheduling skills
- Effective communication and customer service abilities
- Problem-solving skills
