The ideal candidate will handle calls, greet visitors warmly, manage mail, perform data entry, and support the team using CRM tools. Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with telephone etiquette
• Receive and distribute mail and packages efficiently
• Enter data accurately into CRM and other systems
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries
• Multi-task to manage various duties in a fast-paced environment
• Money handling and taking payments

 

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong data entry abilities and attention to detail
• Effective multitasking and time management skills
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
