Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking and professional discretion in patient care.
• Exercise independent judgment in various nursing situations.
