Booking / Event Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Booking & Event Coordinator to help plan and confirm events. You will manage incoming calls and emails, confirm bookings, and coordinate event schedules to ensure every guest has a great experience. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate events Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally and promptly Respond to client questions and provide accurate information Confirm bookings and all event details Maintain accurate event calendars and booking information Communicate with clients about event details, changes, and confirmations Manage scheduling changes and cancellations Keep booking and event information organized and up to date Qualifications Excellent phone and email communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional, friendly, dependable, and adaptable attitude Strong attention to detail Comfortable using email, calendars, and scheduling software Ability to multitask and work independently Previous booking, customer service, administrative, or event coordination experience is preferred. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:0 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays Location: In-office (not remote) Requirements Experience with common business software (Gmail, Google Sheets/Docs) Highly organized and detail oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience preferred Valid driver’s license with good driving record Company Information JSManning Enterprises, Inc. is the parent company of three independently operated catering companies.
