In-Home IIS/IFRS Family Support Specialist
Cornerstones of Care
Cornerstones of Care seeks a Temporary IIS IFRS Specialist to work in-home with families in the St. Louis area. The role requires delivering intensive services to stabilize family situations and prevent out-of-home placements, while connecting families to community resources for ongoing support. The position covers St. Louis, MO and St. Charles County with on-call availability to respond to crises, and reports to the Manager IIS IFRS. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cornerstones of Care
