Remote Client Success Lead - HRIS & Payroll (Senior Living)

PROCare HR

ProCare HR is a remote-friendly provider of HR services, including payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, and HR support for senior living providers. The Client Success Manager role focuses on onboarding and ongoing optimization, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

You will manage accounts, troubleshoot HRIS and payroll issues, and collaborate across teams to enhance service delivery while supporting clients in maximizing their HRIS systems such as UKG Ready.
