Customer Success Associate

Serving as the initial point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, the full-time Associate Customer Success Consultant will deliver personalized support, manage client inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction while working primarily in an office setting in Atlanta, GA. Key responsibilities Delivers excellent core standard services to customers by providing timely and accurate solutions to meet their needs Ensures proper triage, escalation, and effective resolution of all client inquiries while making relevant recommendations Organizes and prioritizes work to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, meeting customer expectations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Typically 2+ years of customer service or relationship management experience required Typically 2+ years of industry experience in PEO, HR, or payroll operations required Knowledge of PEO products, services, and markets, including payroll and compliance management Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM & HRIS applications, and virtual meeting platforms
