Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification preferred. Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory.

Prior related experience is highly preferred. Ability to provide therapy to patients facing intricate medical and mobility challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. Proficient in using electronic medical records and clinical documentation tools.
