This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and is a key member of our operations team. Position Highlights Lead and manage a portfolio of 5-15 accounts, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. Oversee a team of 50-100 employees, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management. Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve operational excellence and company goals. Enjoy a high-value benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being. Key Responsibilities Maintain clean, secure, and safe environments for both customers and employees. Develop and execute effective cleaning plans, addressing absenteeism and other challenges. Train, motivate, and develop supervisory and production staff. Manage staffing levels, schedules, cleaning plans, time & attendance records, and labor budgets. Monitor and control inventory of equipment, supplies, and materials. Ensure financial performance by achieving P&L goals for each account. Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety, and customer standards. Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer retention. Support fellow Operations Managers during building start-ups, recruiting, and resource sharing. Qualifications 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management. Proven success managing a full-time and part-time hourly workforce. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and operations across multiple locations. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels. Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset. Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Experience in the janitorial industry is preferred but not required. Proficiency in basic computer applications. High school diploma or GED required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
