Patient Account RepresentativeAt Prevea Health, the Patient Account Representative works directly with patients who have outstanding balances for services. This role is responsible for counseling patients on financial options, establishing payment arrangements in accordance with clinic credit and collection policies, and maintaining positive, respectful relationships while supporting the clinic's revenue cycle.
