12 hrs. Shift (2-2-3 Schedule)
- Previous experience in extrusion, manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial maintenance preferred.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills preferred.
- Ability to learn and operate specialized production equipment.
- Ability to read and follow specification sheets and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively with operators, technicians, and management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be safety-conscious and willing to follow procedures without taking shortcuts.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
