divh2Tool Die Maker - 1st Shift/h2pBuild, repair and maintain dies, tooling and fixtures to support production./ppJob Duties:/pulliBuild and repair tooling using machine shop tools and measuring instruments./liliWork from blueprints and sketches to create or modify tools, dies and jigs./liliSet up and operate all tool room equipment./liliAssist production with problem solving on tooling issues./liliSafety conscious to include proper use of P.P.E/liliOther duties as assigned by management./li/ulpWorking Conditions: Plant environment; working in and out of presses with tooling./ppPhysical Component(s): Standing and walking up to 100% of work time. Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs to include pushing, pulling, bending, reaching and some stooping./ppEducation/Experience: 4 years plus proven experience working as a Tool and Die Maker in a manufacturing environment, along with experience on stamping dies. Journeymans Tool and Die Makers card or certification a plus./ppOther Requirements: Willing to work any and all overtime as required. Excellent attendance./p/div
