Your main goals are to handle basic inquiries, conduct simple research, and accurately track service requests to ensure the team meets its Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Core Responsibilities1. Client Support & Service DeliveryHandle Inquiries: Respond to basic customer questions and handle routine operational tasks.Meet Targets: Deliver service that consistently aligns with established company standards and SLAs.Collaborate: Work closely with team members under direct supervision to ensure high client satisfaction.2.
