IT Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to lead our information technology department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT systems and teams, driving technological innovation, and ensuring the alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee all technology operations, including network security, infrastructure, and software development.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure the security of IT systems and data, implementing robust cybersecurity measures.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure to support business needs.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.
• Proven experience in managing complex IT projects and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
