As a Security Officer - Overnight Utility Driver in Juno Beach FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors employees and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and reporting security-related concerns in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or unusual conditions in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with supervisors local contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings access points parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or maintenance issues.
• Monitor entry and exit activity verify credentials or authorizations when required and document security-related events observations and/or incidents in accurate daily reports.
• Support emergency response activities at the location by assisting with site protocols directing foot and vehicle traffic when needed and helping occupants follow instructions during unusual or critical situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
