About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Customer Growth and Retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise-level customer value realization and strategic growth initiatives across the largest accounts. This role involves partnering closely with Customer Success leaders to identify customer goals, risks, and expansion pathways, as well as developing and operationalizing a customer strategic growth methodology aligned to value-based care models. The VP will also be expected to conduct executive-level customer engagements, translate customer strategies into platform adoption roadmaps, and collaborate with Sales/Growth to shape expansion opportunities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree in a related field strongly preferred, and at least 12 years of experience in enterprise customer growth, strategic account leadership, or healthcare SaaS. Deep experience in value-based care, healthcare analytics, population health, or payer-provider ecosystems is essential, as is a proven track record of driving retention and expansion within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments. The role requires the ability to influence C-suite executives, support or close multi-year, multi-million-dollar enterprise agreements, and represent the customer voice to influence product, service, and go-to-market strategy. Preferred qualifications include experience in payer-provider collaborations, risk-bearing organizations, or health system contracting, as well as a background in management consulting, outcomes advisory, or value realization teams. Strong data fluency and the ability to guide customers using analytics-driven insights are also highly valued.
