Be you ... be here.Job SummaryThe Director, Rewards Development & Delivery is responsible for the strategic vision, direction, and operational management of the rewards platform. This role oversees all platform functions, including strategy, planning, value case formation, and roadmap creation, in collaboration with key stakeholders. The Director leads a team of 20+ associates, ensuring market-competitive enhancements, operational quality, and continuous improvement.Essential Job FunctionsLead third-party relationships for platform development, maintenance, and oversight. Create and manage the strategic roadmap for the loyalty platform. - (30%)Oversee operational functions from intake to QA and continuous improvement. Manage development and ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual guidelines. - (20%)Guarantee that rewards programs meet brand contractual obligations. - (15%)Lead and motivate teams, aligning people and technology with business decisions. - (15%)Ensure proper control framework and facilitate audit activities. - (10%)Collaborate with product owners and teams to align product strategy with execution. - (10%)Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED. 13-15 years in financial services, marketing, retail, IT, or analytics.6+ years Leadership experience. New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period). Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financial’s 401(k) plan.All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time (“PSST”) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December.
