Member Specialist

Position Summary Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Provides member service by maintaining exit and self‑checkout areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting Sam’s Club products and services. Secures and safeguards assets by observing potential criminal activity, maintaining logs, executing emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices. Assists in training new Member Frontline Service associates on company processes, technology tools, program rollouts, and continuous learning opportunities. Supports company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners to prioritize, complete, and improve tasks. Qualifications Retail experience, including operating front end equipment such as a cash register. Experience working with mobile retail applications. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
