ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I’ve been a State Farm agent for 16 years and lead a strong, team-oriented office with six full-time and two part-time team members. Our focus is on building meaningful relationships with the families we serve and providing guidance to help them find the right protection for their needs. I attended West Texas A&M, earning my undergraduate degree in Political Science and completing graduate work in Physiology. I’m a parent of two and a proud owner of five rescue dogs. I stay actively involved in the community as a victim advocate with the local sheriff’s department and also volunteer with animal rescue organizations. Laura Leier - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Ability to recognize and suggest needed products

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr Laura Leier
