• Case Mix: Regional Anesthetic blocks & nerve blocks

• # of Surgical Cases per day: 15

• # of OR's: 11
\n
• Staffing Model: 4 Anesthesiologist's and 3 CRNA's
\n
• Supervision and Ratio: Supervision
\n
• Active License
\n
• Credentialing Time Frame: Avg 12-days
\n
• Certifications Required: ACLA, BLS
