Litigation Support Analyst

Salary range: $66,000–$70,000 with bonus eligibility. Responsibilities Serve as Litigation Support Analyst for all eDiscovery aspects: intake, tracking, staging, analysis, and reporting of electronic evidence. Process electronic data according to client specifications and TLS standards, including ingestion, deduplication, culling, indexing, keyword searching, date range filtering, processing, and encryption. Convert native files to industry‑standard image formats (TIF, JPG, PDF) and perform quality‑control checks on the output. Create and quality‑control client deliverables containing images, natives, text, metadata, and load files for Concordance, Summation, and Relativity (OPT, LFP, DII, eDII, XML, DAT, DCB) analysis. Perform batch TIFFing, OCR, endorsing, Bates numbering, password cracking, and language detection. Communicate with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure adherence to timelines and high‑quality work product. Extract, analyze, manipulate, and format metadata for import into a legal review platform. Analyze, report on, and search SQL databases. Perform basic ingestion, searching, and exporting of data using Digital Reef and LAW PreDiscovery. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, mathematics, or computer science. Experience running queries in SQL; ideally 1+ years of related experience. Strong organization skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. Ability to work under tight deadlines, thrive in a team environment, and act as an independent contributor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Excel, MS Access, and text editors such as TextPad, WordPad, Notepad++. Highly proficient in SQL. Proactive, problem‑solving mindset; willing to work flexible hours as needed. Experience with troubleshooting, scripting (VBS, VB, PHP, C#, JS) and prior eDiscovery or law‑service knowledge is a plus. Benefits Competitive salary and bonus eligibility.
