Bilingual P&C Insurance Agent (Spanish)

LOCATION Dallas, TX POSITION OVERVIEW MCI is hiring Spanish bilingual insurance agents who are positive, persuasive, and have the drive to succeed. In this role you will provide full‑lifecycle customer service and sales, helping customers understand their coverages and select the right products and services to meet their financial needs. A Property and Casualty license is required. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner Escalate problems or inquiries as needed Utilize procedures and knowledge articles to achieve first contact resolution and aid in policyholder retention Leverage opportunities to learn about customers’ current and future needs Handle low‑complexity transactions Use multiple applications to gather necessary information and notify partners regarding messages, inquiries, and claim reporting Work under close supervision Use knowledge base and training to answer questions and sell appropriate products Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues Research systems for missing information; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks Accurately document and process customer orders in appropriate systems Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures Comply with requirements for confidential and personal information Escalate issues to appropriate staff for resolution when needed Attend meetings, training, and review new materials to stay up to date Adhere to attendance and work schedule requirements CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Basic understanding of Windows operating system Highly reliable with ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation Customer‑service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, conscientious) Ability to multi‑task, stay focused, and self‑manage Strong team orientation and customer focus Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with change and ambiguity Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building Preferred (Not Required) One year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back‑office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment State or Federal work experience CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Must be willing to submit up to a level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Must be willing to submit to drug screening.
