As an experienced manufacturer we assure that all of our products are engineered and manufactured with the highest level of expertise.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Perform various lab tests to support Engineering Qualification as well as day to day operations:Cold Bend, Aging, Tensile, Elongation, Surface Transfer, IR, Impedance, STI, Flame, Corona, etc.Perform quality line inspections and record findings on corresponding formsDocuments quality control issues as needed.Notify supervisor or operators about any deviations during productionMaintain healthy and safe work environmentKeep legible and accurate quality records in accordance with AS9100 Quality PolicyKeep office and lab conditions organized and clean at all timesSupport projects per request by supervisorMulti-tasking (test performance)Qualifications:Prior experience working in quality assurance related role highly desired.Analytical skillsWire/Cable manufacturing experience preferredFamiliarity with Electronic measurement equipmentDetail-orientedEducation And/Or Experience:Entry level position.High School Diploma or equivalent.Language Skills:Can speak and communicate effectively with others.Demonstrate proficiency in English, including verbal and written communication and comprehension.Physical Demands:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to bend, reach, pull, stand or sit for extended periods.Work Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
