Executive Account Manager, Coronary - Boston

Abbott seeks an Account Manager for its Vascular division to drive coronary product sales in the Boston territory. The role focuses on meeting revenue targets, managing customer relationships, and promoting the company's interventional cardiology portfolio to hospital stakeholders and physicians.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial selling activities for coronary products including stents, atherectomy devices, and carotid solutions in assigned territory
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Manage hospital stakeholder relationships, identify decision-makers, and support contracting negotiations
- Drive product utilization and market development for new and existing product segments
- Attend training sessions, trade shows, and conferences to maintain clinical expertise and build customer networks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- 5-7+ years of related work experience
- 50% travel capability within assigned region
- Prior medical device sales experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder relationship and contract negotiation skills
Compensation: $78,000–$156,000 base
