Ready for your next travel assignment? Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for an exciting Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) opportunity in Lanham, Maryland! This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys helping patients regain mobility and independence while staying close to everything the D.C. metro area has to offer.
What You'll Do
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a SNF setting.
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
- Assist patients with recovery following illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary rehab team.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements
- Active Maryland Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
- SNF/LTC experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
