ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Demonstrate proficiency in advanced cooking techniques, culinary methods, and a deep understanding of diverse cuisines.

• Contribute actively to menu planning, introducing innovative and sophisticated dishes while maintaining alignment with the resort's culinary vision.

• Provide leadership within the kitchen, guiding and mentoring junior cooks. Share knowledge, techniques, and best practices to enhance the skills of the culinary team.

• Ensure the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality in all dishes. Oversee food preparation to maintain consistency and excellence.

• Play a key role in the efficient operation of the kitchen, including overseeing workstations, managing inventory, and coordinating with other kitchen staff.
