Mon- Thursday: 6-330pm
Friday: 6-10am
Overtime & Operational Expectations
This position requires flexibility, and overtime will be expected as needed to ensure all trucks and trailers are loaded, unloaded, and ready to meet customer delivery schedules. Completing daily shipping commitments is a top priority, and employees in this role must be willing to stay until the work is completed when operational demands require it.
The Warehouse Logistics Associate will work closely with the Operations Manager to prioritize daily tasks, coordinate trailer movements, and execute all assigned responsibilities. Success in this role requires strong communication, teamwork, urgency, and the ability to adapt to changing production and shipping schedules while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Load and unload trailers
- Inspect incoming and outgoing freight - make sure correct pallets are being loaded to what customer ordered
- Organize the dock
- Stage production
- Keep trailers moving efficiently
- Operate a forklift safely
- Communicate with drivers / operations manager
- Help maintain inventory accuracy
- Zero trailer delays due to loading/unloading
- 100% load accuracy
- No freight damage
- Dock kept organized and clean
- Trucks loaded within target times
- Daily trailer movement completed on schedule
- Safe forklift operation with zero preventable incidents
- Empty trailer inventory - keep log of trailers coming in and what is in them
- Spotting trailers for production
- Keeping the yard flowing
- Coordinating with Operations Manager on loading priorities
- Ensuring all outbound loads are secured and documented before departure
We manufacture new and recycled pallets, crates and more. We started out of a storage locker 11 years ago and now have a team of 22. We are growing quickly and are looking for a reliable addition to grow with us.
