Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to play a key role in a fast-paced legal operations environment? We're looking for a Mail Services Specialist to join our team and take ownership of essential mailroom and administrative processes. This on-site position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured setting and enjoys supporting critical business functions.

What You'll Do

Receive, sort, scan, and process incoming and outgoing mail
Handle incoming checks and payments securely and accurately
Print, assemble, and distribute litigation-related documents
Operate mailroom equipment for bulk mailings
Track daily mailroom activity and maintain accurate records
Manage return mail and perform electronic file lookups
File and organize both physical and digital documents
Support media and affidavit production requests
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

What You Bring

High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow procedures and work independently
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Clear and professional communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in a secure or regulated environment is a plus

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
Regular movement including standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds
