Human Resource Generalist

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, non-union positions. Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and onboard new hires. Generate and analyze HR reports using ADP and Excel. Support employee relations by assisting with investigations and documenting findings. Maintain employee records and complete HR paperwork accurately. Provide day-to-day HR support and serve as a backup for HR administrative functions. Assist with training, process improvements, and time & attendance as responsibilities grow. Qualifications 2+ years of Human Resources experience. Experience supporting recruiting and general HR functions. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPs (or the ability to learn quickly). Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment. Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
