As a Front Desk Agent , you are the first point of contact for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service, solve problems with confidence, and ensure every guest feels valued from check‐in to check‐out. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and handle check‐ins and check‐outs with professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest communications (phone, email, in person)
- Process payments, verify identification, and maintain accurate records
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
- Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and upsell services when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk area
What You Bring
- Previous front desk or customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions‐focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‐paced environment
- Familiarity with hotel systems (StayNTouch experience is a plus)
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if ever needed
- A team‐oriented attitude and a genuine passion for guest service
