Job Summary Homeside Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW) to join our growing behavioral health team. As a key member of our team, you will provide evidence-based mental health services to pediatric and adolescent patients in their homes throughout Queens, NY. Job Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents, including psychosocial history, symptoms, and strengths Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and evidence-based practices Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including social workers and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal standards Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice Job Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution Active New York State LMHC, LCSW, license in good standing – required Experience providing therapy services to children and adolescents – required Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and families Ability to work independently in a home health environment Minimum 2 years of clinical experience providing direct therapy services preferred Job Details Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem Location: Queens, NY 11372 Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours; day and evening availability available Monday through Friday, with weekend opportunities as needed Compensation: $60 - $60 HOURLY Benefits Flexible scheduling Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Opportunity to work with telehealth patients throughout New York for clinicians interested in full-time caseloads Professional growth and development opportunities Strong commitment to clinician support and work-life balance Why Join Homeside Rehab?
