Plumbing Estimator

Romanoff Group is actively seeking qualified candidates for the Plumbing Estimator position to join our award-winning team. The candidate will be responsible for the bidding, documenting, and estimating adjustments to ensure quality project takeoffs in a timely manner. Position Responsibilities: Review bid documents, RFIs, and addendums. Prepare material, equipment, and labor takeoffs. Develop equipment/material lists and project estimates. Request, analyze, and compare vendor quotations (RFQs). Ensure proposal accuracy and document compliance. Maintain bid, RFQ, and project tracking logs. Respond to GC and vendor inquiries in a timely manner. Follow up on bid opportunities and communicate project updates. Coordinate project handoff meetings for awarded work. Maintain required project documentation and certifications. Support the team with additional duties as needed. Qualifications: Required: 5+ years estimating experience or construction field experience Required: 2+ years of Plumbing construction experience Preferred: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and/or Wrightsoft. Preferred: Experience in computerized/digital takeoff. Must be able to work under minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
